When did you get saved?: I have been saved for approximately 22 years, and that has been since November 1992.

Tell us about the moment you got your conviction: It was a Sunday night. Church was going on and it was evangelist Madge Williams who was preaching. I was about to do something terrible. I hid in the bush and was laywaiting somebody, and I heard her on the microphone saying, 'The person in the bush, the Lord says you must come out now'. I walked out, went to the church and gave my life to the Lord. I have been following the Lord ever since.

What has been your most challenging moment since becoming a Christian?: When I was a young convert and someone from the church told a lie on me, and I went to Mandeville seeking a job and got two jobs. That same day and same month, I met my husband and got married 13 years after.

Most miraculous moment: I went to preach at the Rose Hill New Testament Church of God, where somebody had glaucoma, and I spoke the word prophetically and told the person that he was going to be healed. I gave him directions to wash his face with water, which I consecrated. He did that, and the next day, he testified that he has been healed.

Message to Christians: Be faithful to God in all things irrespective of your faults and your failures, irrespective of your economical circumstances, and challenges. Be faithful to God because it is rewarding.

Message to non-Christians: Seek the Lord while He may be found. Call upon Him while He is near. Seek a friend before you need one.

Favourite Bible verse: Psalm 91:1.

A verse of your favourite song: Better is on before, sometimes I am up, sometimes I am down; sometimes I almost fall to the ground. But when I look up and remember the Lord, better is on before.
