Man accused of selling sex booster fined

A man who is accused of selling sexual enhancement drugs was fined $22,000 in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on Thursday.

He is 49-year-old Donovan Payne of Dillon Avenue, Kingston 5.

Payne is accused of breaching the Food and Drugs Act and the Pharmacy Act.

He was fined $2,000 on each of the breaches under the Food and Drugs Act, and ordered to pay a total of $22,000 or three months in prison.
