Dancehall artistes Chino and J Capri surprised a group of Flow employees during their workout session, in preparation for participation at this weekend's Flow MoBay City Run.

The Flow team members are among more than 100 who will travel to Montego Bay this weekend to participate in the 10K/5K Road race to raise funds for the Western Jamaica Tertiary Education Fund.

Chino performed tracks from his last album, including Never Change (from Mawning) and I Am. Chino gave a preview of his plans for the summer, saying, "It'll be pretty busy. We've been doing some new songs, working towards a new album and will be doing shows here in Jamaica and overseas."

"We are proud of our employees, who are always ready to participate in activities which enable them to give back in the communities we serve," said Gail Abrahams, director of corporate communications, Flow.

"The team also understands the importance of participation in these events as part of their personal health-and-wellness efforts, as well as for building the camaraderie with their co-workers."

The Flow Mobay City Run takes place Sunday. The Flow team will be among more than 1,000 participants, who will converge at the Old Hospital Park, Gloucestershire Avenue, early Sunday morning, before setting off on the race route, which will take the runners and walkers through Sam Sharpe Square, along Howard Cooke Boulevard, and up and down the Hip Strip, Gloucestershire Avenue.
