Juniors from Mandeville Taekwondo won five gold medals and seven silver at last week's Ultimate Taekwondo Challenge in New Jersey.

In preparation for the 2014 International Taekwondo Federation World Cup, Montego Bay, August 26-30, the junior martial artistes were particularly impressive in patterns, securing four gold and seven silver medals in the pre-arranged sparring form.

The fighters ranged from seven to 14-years-old and were accompanied by fifth-dan instructor Joleen Masters.
