I am 47. Can you recommend a home remedy for yeast infection, and what can I use to remove sore spots off my skin? If I scratch my skin it becomes black. What causes that?

I suggest that you seek the help of a medical doctor. He/she will tell you what to use to solve the yeast infection. You should not try to use any so-called home ready. If you try to use home remedy, your condition may worsen.

Concerning the spots on your skin, you need the help of a dermatologist. Do not be tempted to use bleaching cream to try to remove the black spots. It will not work and you will be destroying your complexion.
