They say the heart gives us life while the mind gives us direction. I believe the mind corrupts the heart and many of us focus too much on direction and not simply living!

If we all followed the purity and simplicity of our hearts and stop being governed by our over-thinking minds the world would be more tolerable to live in.

Yu ever get tired of thinking, seriously, yu nuh tyad sometime? Yu ever jus' want to live and not be obsessed with thinking.

Our minds sometimes take us on far journeys, while our hearts make us simple and still. The mind drives us to many extremes that the heart sometimes doesn't want to partake in.

Unnu nuh tyad?!

Bad mind people, unnu nuh tyad fi occupy unnu minds wid other people business? Instead of fully enjoying unnu lives and focusing on yourself, you make hating on others your full-time job, hobby and sport of choice without no guaranteed pay! Unnu nuh tyad?!

Gunman and bad gyal, as yu beat up smadi ah nex one come, as yu kill smadi here comes another 'responsibility'... yu nuh tyad! Yu nuh tyad fi ah think and wonder who ah pree yu, weh yu fi hide and if anybody ah cum fi yu family based on what you've done in the past? Yu nuh tyad sometimes and wish you could jus relax and live!

Profilers, yu can afford fi floss inna dance but cyaa afford yu next meal. Yu cyaa dutty up di clothes yu have on because ah nuh fi yu, yet yu ah hype pan people. You wait until the camera light ketch yu fi prove to di crowd wha yu a drink! Your heart tells you to relax and live within your means, but your mind convinces you to care what others think about you so you put on a show.

And the list of mentally driven activities continue. Yu ever realise that many of the things we do or did isn't necessary? At heart, many of the things our minds convince us to engage in we really and truly don't want to do.

Life is too short not to live it and what's the point of living without the heart? They say most actions are birthed from the mind, but as much as possible let them start from the heart.
