Nineteen-year-old Donna Andrews* of Windsor Heights, St Catherine, contacted THE STAR desperate to participate in this week's Paternity Puzzle, as she is eager to discover who is the biological father of her unborn child.

Andrews, who is currently six months pregnant, told THE STAR that she wants to win this competition to remove all uncertainties, to ensure that her child knows who is the father.

Donna shared with THE STAR that she became pregnant a few months after being introduced through a mutual friend to 27-year-old Trevor Mullingswho also resides in the parish.

Donna: "I wasn't working at the time and I used to go walking with my friend. we were walking past his house and my friend stopped by to check him and introduced me to him."

Donna told THE STAR that the pair met in September of last year; entered into a relationship a month after and later discovered she was pregnant in June.

According to Donna, the pair are no longer in a relationship and stated the reason Mullings has doubts about her unborn child's paternity, was because she was in another relationship when they met.

Donna: "Before we met, I was in a three-year relationship with my high school sweetheart while with Trevor, then we broke up and me and him got together."

But Trevor told THE STAR, however, that it was Donna who placed the doubts in his mind.

Trevor: "I was told it was a 50/50 chance it was mine; she told me this!"

When asked what they would like the results to be, the pair responded:

Donna: "Seriously, I would wish this child was an immaculate conception than to deal with a third party, but I want the child to be Jerome's"

Trevor: "I want the results to reveal the truth."

When asked by THE STAR what would happen if the results should prove that Trevor is not the biological father, the pair stated.

Donna: "I don't know, I will inform my ex then take it from there, but I know Trevor will be pretty upset."

Trevor: "Mi try block me mind from there suh, I will be angry if is not mine."

THE STAR was curious as to why the pair opted to perform a DNA test before the child is born and both shared similar sentiments.

Donna: "I don't want the uncertainty when signing the birth paper, I don't want that to carry on my child."

Trevor: "I want to be sure the child is mine, that he or she gets a name and doesn't have to worry about changing a name."
