Reggae artiste Tony Frass is creating a buzz in the streets with a single called Work fi di Breakfast for Liv Up Records.

The song has become a staple in the streets of West Kingston, and it is on the strength of this single that he is ready to announce his arrival to the reggae scene in a live showcase dubbed Tony Frass Live at the Chelsea Fun Bar, New Kingston on November 27.

"I am looking forward to this event, I have been practising with the band, Ya Roots, for the last couple of weeks. I am just building up the thing and we have confidence that it will be great," he said.

Born Kenroy Allen on October 25, 1984, he grew up in Salem, Clarendon, where he attended Clarendon College and then Claude McKay High. Although he did not hail from a musical background, at an early age, he showed great promise,

With several years of hard work behind him, he ispoised to be a songwriter/artiste of international renown. Commencing his professional recording at age 20, Tony Frass has earned himself the reputation of being a potent lyricist with a commanding delivery and a stage presence that radiates with charisma.He is strongly influenced by the works of the legendary Garnett Silk and aims to "keep the music positive at all times and to reach the hearts of people worldwide".

"Garnet Silk ah the real man, he is perhaps my greatest influence," Tony Frass said.

Tony Frass first gained recognition for hismuch-acclaimed single, Haile Selassie Bless, a stirring testament of his immense ability and deep Rastafarian persuasion. But it was Work fi di Breakfast which brought him national prominence because of the constant airplay it has received. The buzz surrounding this young man attracted the interest of Liv Up Records, who immediately inked a booking, publishing and recording deal with the talented singer.

The Liv Up Records executive team put together a highly motivated team of individuals around the artiste, namely Clinton 'Scrumbs' Marsh, (engineer/PR/social media manager), Oneil Coke (road manager/producer), Orlando 'Country' Allen (road manager), and the chief executive officer, Leighton 'Livity' Coke.

For the past couple of weeks, Tony Frass has been locked in the studio working on his first LP, Joyful Noise, and dancehall insiders are already raving about singles such as Nah Gi di Devil No Hype, a brilliantly produced track that will catapult Tony Frass into the international spotlight.
