Passage Fort beat Ken's to make semis

Passagefort United won 250-240.

Defending champs Passagefort United advanced to the semi-finals of the Colin Fagan-sponsored South East St Catherine Constituency Domino League with an exciting 250-240 quarter-final win over Ken's Wildflower at the Garveymeade Sports Club last Sunday.

Passagefort led 128-120 at half-time but Ken's Wildflower launched an attack that gave Passagefort a run for their money.

Both clubs were locked at 228. Passagefort, however, made a 6-0 run to win by 10 points. In other games, seeded-team Portmore Tigers whipped Cumberland 250-222, Waterford United defeated Garveymeade 250-220 and Westchester Rudiz top seed crushed Rising Sun 250-188. The semi-finals will be held tomorrow at two venues in Portmore.
