Court told woman loses teeth because she looks good

A woman who claims that she is envied for her figure and good looks, says that two of her front teeth were kicked out during a dispute recently.

Charged with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm is Oshane Williams of a Kingston address.

Williams is to return to court on December 6, when the matter will be mentioned as the medical report is outstanding.

Allegations are that the complainant who works at the same place with the accused, was walking along Eureka Avenue, in the parish, when she was approached by several men.

It is alleged that an argument started between the complainant and the men, however its is alleged that the accused who got angry, kicked the woman in her face.

Willaims who has denied the allegations told the court that the complainant tried to throw acid on him and she was thumped in the face by another man.

"Your honour, she a tell a bag a lie on me, nothing like dat. me and har work at the same place and di evening she started cursing me, she a tell a bag a lie," Williams told the court.

Meanwhile, the complainant said that she was even knocked unconscious, "Is four of dem attack me, one of dem kick me in my belly and I didn't even remember anything until mi wake up in di hospital di next day. Mi even see his (Williams') shoe mark in face and mi realise dat mi teeth missing," she said.
