Greetings to you and your family and staff. I am an ardent reader of your column for many years. When I came back to Jamaica I bought the Star every day just to read your column. Thank you for encouraging and advising people. I am asking you if you can publish this note for me.

I am in my early 50s, dark complexion and 5ft 9 inches tall. I am a born Jamaican, not beautiful but very attractive and ambitious. I am financially secured. I would like to meet a very serious man who is God-fearing and ready to settle down for all the right reasons. He should have a skill and be between the ages of 45 and 60 years.

I observe that you are seeking a God-fearing man. That can mean anything. Some men don't go to church but they consider themselves God-fearing. They treat women well. So, a woman has to bear in mind that if she takes a man who claims to be God-fearing and he does not go to church, she should not try to force him. I wish you well in your search for a good man.
