It seems nothing can separate Munro and StETHS these days in Zone E of the 2013 ISSA/LIME daCosta Cup, as like their first meeting their latest encounter ended 1-1 on Saturday in Santa Cruz.

It was Munro who went ahead when Levar Dunchie beat the StETHS goalie in the 49th minute, but just when the game looked destined for a Munro victory, StETHS responded.

An infringement inside the Munro area in the 79th minute was called by the referee and up stepped Khesanio Hall to slot the ball into the back of the net, to even up the game and leave the teams locked on 19 points, with two games remaining in the round.

"We played well enough to have won the game but unfortunately it was never to be," said Andrew Edwards, Munro coach.

"I have to look at it as a blessing in disguise, we will have to continue working from here," he added.

It was much a continuation of their last meeting in Malvern when both teams battled to a similar draw and with things definitely set now for the last couple of matches in the fixture, it remains interesting to see what will tip the balance in one school's favour.

"This draw is like a victory for us. We had six starters out with injuries and I honestly had enough faith that we could get a point and it's what we did," said StETHS coach Omar Wedderburn,

"We really would like to have won the game but it's part of the process so it remains to be seen moving on."

Paul Bogle took care of Seaforth 2-1 to advance to the inter-zone round on 19 points, four clear of St Thomas Technical, who won at home 1-0 to Morant Bay High.

Zone B was thrown wide open as Frome Technical, who entered the game as leaders were beaten 2-1 by former champions Rusea's to be on 13 points and trail Green Island High by a point.
