Two games are scheduled for this afternoon in Zone L of the 2013 ISSA/LIME daCosta Cup rural-area schoolboy football competition.

Top team Port Antonio High (nine points) could extend their lead when they travel to face Fair Prospect High, who are joint third with three points, while Titchfield High (three points) welcome Happy Grove High (six) in the day's other encounter.

Titchfield's coach, Oral McKenzie, describes the match against Happy Grove as very important for his team's chances of moving forward in the competition. He is desperately seeking a win before the return fixtures.

"We have to play almost perfect football if we are to defeat Happy Grove, as they are doing well at this point," reasoned McKenzie.

"This game is at our home field so I am expecting that my players will use that familiarity with the ground to get the result we want so badly," he added.

A win will see them move to six points and join Happy Grove for second in the zone.

"It is very close in the zone, and any team that can put two or three wins together will always be in an advantageous position over the other teams. We hope we can do that," McKenzie said.
