Jury selected in Christine Hewitt's case |

A jury has been empanelled in the St Catherine Circuit Court in the Christine Hewitt-Gordon murder trial. When the matter was mentioned on Monday, a jury was picked. The Crown outlined the case history to the jury. It was revealed that the Crown would call its first witness on Tuesday. The trial is expected to last more than two weeks. On June 28, 2006, Hewitt-Gordon's burnt body was found in a Toyota Townace along the Freedom main road in Riversdale. Investigation led to her husband David Gordon and his brother Wordsworth Gordon being charged with murder. |
