Defending champions Tivoli Gardens FC and two-time holders Boys' Town FC will clash in the FLOW Champions Cup knockout football competition's second-round game at Edward Seaga Sports Complex today, starting at 5:30 p.m.

The two Premier League clubs are among six that gained a bye and did not play in the first round. Now, with 16 clubs remaining from the 26 that started the nine-week long premier knockout competition, the stage is set for some interesting matchups.

"It's a long-standing rivalry that is always competitive. It's a knockout competition, so we have to find a way to come out winners," Andrew Price, head coach of Boys' Town, told STAR Sports yesterday.

"We have won this trophy twice (2008-09 and 2009-10) ... so our aim is to win the title again. It would be very good for the club if we win the first major title of the season," Price said.

Boys' Town will look to veteran players Michael 'Bangy' Campbell, goalkeeper Kirk Porter, Wayne Ellis, Renae Lloyd, Carlos Wright, and company.

Meanwhile, Tivoli Gardens manager, Brian Rose, is also expecting a close encounter.

"We are rivals, we are neighbours. It will always be an interesting game, an exciting game," said Rose.

"We hope to get some good crowd support and some good football from both teams," he added.

"Tivoli's main players include Keammar Daley, veteran goalkeeper Edsel 'Robbie' Scott, Christopher Jackson, Jameel Thompson, Rafeik Thomas, and Ranike Anderson.

In another match-up of Premier League clubs today, Harbour View are given the nod over Rivoli United.

In total, four matches will be played today. A similar number will be played tomorrow, with Arnett Gardens hosting Humble Lion in the lone all-Premier League clash.

The FLOW Champions Cup returned after a one-year absence with a total sponsorship worth $2.33 million. The champions will walk away with the FLOW Trophy and $1 million, while the beaten finalists are guaranteed $400,000. The two other semi-finalists will earn $200,000 each.
