Victim
begs for
biting lover
Rasbert Turner Star Writer A woman who was charged for using her mouth on her lover for the wrong reasons walked free on Wednesday. There was muffled laughter in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court when Cherry-Ann Davies pleaded guilty to biting her lover repeatedly. Davies was charged with assault occasioning bodily harm. The complainant was asked if he wanted compensation. "No, Your Honour, I have gone past dat, and we are back together again," he said. It was then agreed that they should seek the assistance of a probation officer to have mediation. A no-order was then made on the request of the complainant. The court heard that on August 26, there was a dispute between the parties. During the dispute, Davies jumped on the complainant, and bit him repeatedly on his back, neck, nape, ears, and other parts of his upper body. The then distraught complainant reported the matter to the police, and the woman was later charged. |
