Fifty-eight-year-old Jeffery Mannings, otherwise called 'Brown Man', of Tom's River district, St Andrew, has been missing since August, 2013.

He is of brown complexion, stout build, and about 164 centimetres (5 feet 5 inches) tall.

Reports from the Lawrence Tavern police are that Mannings was last seen at his shop in his community. His mode of dress at the time he went missing is unknown. Efforts to contact him have proven futile.
