Nitty Kutchie delivers as opening act on europeon tour |

Nitty Kutchie - Contributed Singer Andrew Reid, better known as Nitty Kutchie, the iconic member of the 1990s group Scare Dem Crew, is currently burning up stages in Europe as the opening act on reggae star Gyptian's current tour. The soulful singer, who is originally from Westmoreland, has seen his work being exposed to a wider audience while moving from country to country on the multiple-date trek. He has performed to huge crowds at the Reggae Geel Festival in Belgium, Malmo in Sweden, and the Sudoeste Festival. He has also performed in Norway, Spain, and Holland. The tour, which ends in a few weeks, will also visit Italy, Germany, Denmark, Portugal, and Poland. Known for songs such as Mama, Holding On, and Jah Deliver Me, among others, Nitty Kutchie recently released the single, Drinking From My Saucer. He also collaborated with deejay Calico Flames on the track Rise From The Ghetto. While in Europe, Nitty Kutchie has been shooting the video for a new single called Step On Bad Mind. "I'm just happy for the opportunity to showcase my talent to the world and see how the people accept my music, and by extension, reggae," Nitty Kutchie commented. |
