Tifa set to invade New York this Labour Day weekend

Tifa will take her brand of music to her growing fan base in New York City this weekend, with multiple performances and appearances.

The Spell It Out deejay will kick off the Labour Day weekend festivities tomorrow at an event called Anything Goes, which will be hosted by Power 105.1 FM personality DJ Noire. Also billed to perform are Shaggy, Beenie Man, Patrice Robert, Barrington Levy, Elephant Man, and soca star Kerwin Dubois.

That same night, Tifa is also billed to perform at the Garage in the Bronx opposite Assassin, Konshens, D'Angel, and Kibaki.

The following night, Sunday, September 1, a free Labour Day party dubbed 'Shut Down' at BB King in Manhattan will see Tifa performing alongside Mr Vegas, Elephant Man, Shaggy, and Beenie Man. This is being promoted by Hot 97 FM radio jock and sound system selector Bobby Konders.

Tifa's New York trek will culminate on Monday, September 2, with appearances at a number of diaspora activities including a Day Dream Day Party featuring Macka Diamond and Assassin.

Tifa recently completed a medley video for Lyrically Educated and Nah Play Wid It. Lyrically Educated was produced by ZJ Chrome and is featured on the 'Decibels' rhythm, while ZJ Ice produced Nah Play Wid It. That single is featured on the 'Girl' rhythm.

Tifa's fans in Houston, Texas, recently left the Houston Global Jam and Family Fun Day event fully satisfied. She kept them on a musical high delivering old and current hits.

Marcia Griffiths, Coco Tea, Shaggy, Beenie Man, Etana, Barrington Levy, Prestige, JW Blaze, and hip-hop star Slim Thug also performed at the event.
