Cumberland FC beat leaders 3-1 |

Cumberland FC showed that they will be a force to be reckoned with in the Pines Imaging Centre/Keith Gentles Portmore U17 Football League, after they defeated previous leaders East Portmore Portals 3-1 at the Greater Portmore field last Sunday. Shemar Nairne struck a double, while, Ricardo Thomas scored the other goal. With the win, Cumberland moved to 10 points and second in Zone B, while Portals remained on 10 points. The zone is led by Newland with 15 points from five games. They copped their fifth straight win as they thumped Naggo head 4-0. In other games in the zone, Racing United clipped Greater Portmore 2-1 to be on nine points from five games. In Zone A, Westchester lead with 16 points from six games. They chalked up their fifth win of the season as they beat Hellshire United 3-1. Christian Pen, which defeated Dunbeholden 3-0, are second in the zone on 13 points. In other games, Watson Grove blanked Bridgeport 4-0 and Edgewater edged Portmore United 2-1.
