Three men and a 17-year-old boy who are implicated in the theft of goods valued at $3.9 million from a warehouse in the Corporate Area were all offered $100,000 bail each in court yesterday.

Andrew Phillps, Noel Williams and Ronald Stanford all pleaded not guilty to conspiracy, receiving stolen property and storeroom breaking and larceny. They are to return to The Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on October 8.

The minor pleaded guilty to the offences, and is scheduled to return on August 30.

The Crown is alleging that on the day of the incident, the defendants broke into the warehouse and removed a number of items.

Following police investigations, they were charged.
