ORAL SEX CLAIM ENDS IN STABBING - Man fined $25,000

A man who is accused of stabbing a woman after she said he kept pestering to perform oral sex on her was ordered to pay $25,000 or spend six months in prison, when he appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

Oneil Fagan of a Kingston address pleaded guilty with explanation to the charge of wounding with intent.

According to the complainant, Fagan and her sister, with whom he is in a relationship with, were engaged in an argument when she intervened and he approached her, she said, "Mi tell him fi move from outta mi face wid yuh dutty mouth."

The complainant told the court that Fagan who was allegedly pursuing her for some time to perform oral sex on her, got angry and proceeded to stab her in the side.

The complainant told the court she spent two days in hospital.

When Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey asked Fagan why he thinks he should not go to prison for the offence, Fagan responded, "I'm a good yute, I was in an argument with my girlfriend, when she jumped in and seh how mi seh mi waa. and that's a lie"

Fagan was fined $25,000 or spend six months behind bars.
