Despite a less-than-expected turnout, the Portmore-leg of ZJ Wah Wa's Hamma Fridaze road trip ended up a success, much to the delight of the multitalented and popular disc jock.

ZJ Wah Wa taking his increasingly popular street dance for the second time outside of Kingston and venturing into 'sunny city' was deemed a good bet. However, unlike the regular crowd size at its usual Wildman Street venue in downtown, the event encountered a below-par turnout, but there was still no shortage of entertainment.

A fiery opening set from the Portmore-based sound YG gave the early patrons something to rave about as more bodies entered the Cumberland Community Centre.

That early set paved the way for Zip FM's ZJ Rush and Cigar, whose song selections brought life to the event and enticed the voluptuous-looking Guinness vixens into showcasing their neat dance moves to songs like Aidonia's Fi Di Jockey, QQ's One Drop and Konshens' Gyal A Bubble, much to the delight of the crowd.

An extra spice was what was needed to take the event on to another level and with the introduction of Flava Unit, the desire was met. And, after the police demanded the music to stop a feeling of contentment clouded the venue as patrons left smiling.
