Dancehall superstar Macka Diamond released her highly anticipated Twist Me video last weekend on CVM's Onstage and the video hit online like a hurricane a few hours later.

"The response has been phenomenal.This is one of my most anticipated videos because of how well the song has been doing in the dances over the last few weeks. Twist Me shot a road already and the video ah go push it to the next level," she said.

Macka Diamond has released two versions of the video, a clean version for the TV audience and a naughty one that is doing well on YouTube.

"The raw one shot already, people are just 'eating' it up," Macka Diamond said, laughing.

Macka Diamond is also attempting to parlay her street buzz into cold cash. With that in mind, she has teamed up with Timry and Team Macka to host 'Gurls Rush Wenzdez' which began on July 24 at Kure Sports Bar and Lounge, 40 Old Hope Road (beside Lucky 38).

In the meantime, the Dye Dye single peaked at No. one on the Wave Top 20 Caribbean Countdown in St Lucia for six weeks. In Jamaica, Dye Dye jumped to No. three on the ER Dancehall Top Ten, and rocked to No.six on the FIWI Choice Top ten and was also No. two on the HYPE TV Top 20 charts.

"Who knows how far Dye Dye will go ... I am just thankful to God and my hardworking team for the success that the song is enjoying. Big up to TruckBack Records," she said.
