Dear Pastor,

I am an unemployed trained teacher and also a single mother. I am using this medium to ask for prayer and to get a job by September 2013. I have sent out numerous applications but got no responses. I am feeling very depressed. I went to college and now I am just sitting down at home. At times, it gets to the point, where I think that dying would be better for me. Then I remember my son. So I am just asking for your prayers. At this point, I only have $200 to my name.

I am from St Ann. I have great faith. I know you have worked miracles in other people's lives, and I know that God will touch you to pray for me that I will gain employment and prosperity. I just want to be independent. I have made many mistakes in my life, but God has always helped me. So please pray for me. Thank you.

I believe that God is going to make a way for you. Right now, everything around you seems to be dark. But you are a woman of faith, and God will bless your efforts. You have tried your very best to get a job. You have knocked on many doors. Keep on knocking. I am sure that you are aware that it is not going to be easy to get a teaching job unless you are a specialised teacher, so to speak. However, I am sure that you will do just about anything that is legal to earn a living.

I assure you of my prayers and I will be asking others to pray for you, too. I am wondering whether someone would be willing to help you with a little money to start a little business on your own. If anybody is willing to offer you a job or to help you in any way, I will contact you.
