A high alert has been activated for nine-year-old Dee'lano Howell, otherwise called 'Chad', of Patrick City, Kingston 20, who has been missing since yesterday.

He is of dark complexion, slim build and about 124 centimetres (4 feet 1 inch) tall. He also has a scar under his left eye.

Reports from the Duhaney Park police are that Dee'lano was last seen on Washington Boulevard about 7:30 a.m., dressed in his school uniform.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Dee'lano Howell is being asked to contact the Duhaney Park police at 933-4280, police 119 emergency number or the nearest police station.
