The Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB), reached out to Portmore residents in a promotional road show at Portmore Pines Plaza under the 'Experience Jamaica' Campaign last Saturday.

The JTB promoted attractions such as Two Sisters Cave and Fort Clarence Beach in Portmore, and Dunn's River Falls and Green Grotto Caves in St Ann.

Jamaicans are being encouraged by the JTB to vacation in Jamaica with discounts on hotels and attractions through various parts of the Island.

Prizes

At the roadshow, radio personality, the 'Vibes Master' Jerry D and Horace Phillips, Jamaica consultant at the JTB, gave the event a real shot in the arm. Patrons received prizes for on stage performances and answering questions pertaining to the JTB.

A special guest at the event was Miss Teen Portmore 2012, Vanessa Barrett, who met with radio personality and a senior executive at the Portmore Pines Plaza, Pat Walker, alongside customer service representatives from the Two Sisters Cave and Fort Clarence Beach.
