![]() Jahvinci Former Gaza artiste Jah Vinci is working hard at building his own brand and establishing his own distinctive musical identity in the aftermath of leaving the Portmore Empire. The artiste is pleased with the growth of his own brand/label - Out Clear Movement -a fusion with Frenz 4 Real and Tripledose Production. "Right now, I have a solid marketing and booking team, and we are making a big push this summer to move the brand forward. There have been some encouraging signs, and I am going to use my next big public performance as a springboard to launch out in a big way," Jah Vinci said. Jah Vinci has ignited the dancehall/reggae scene with hits such as Watch Your Friends, Mama Love, In My Life, Remedy and Wipe Those Tears. Earlier this year, he released his mix CD Braawling hosted by DJ Metro to rave reviews from dancehall insiders. The mix highlighted a different aspect of Jah Vinci's versatility, with tracks: Rich Two Time, Weh Mi A Guh Duh which features IQ, and Let's Rock featuring Rapper Scantana. In recent months, he has done several local performances, especially in Montego Bay where he has a huge fan base. Internationally, he has performed on shows such as Bermuda Link Up, and he recently did a gig in Calgary, Canada. The Watch Your Friends singer has upcoming shows in Suriname after which he will head to Abako, Barbados. He will also head to Africa for the first time when he graces the stage at Gambia in December. "The demand for Jah Vinci is building, and I have taken time out to make great reggae tracks that can stand the test of time.
