After months of going under the moniker of Katrina, dancehall fans have now come to the realisation that DJ Sunshine and new artiste Katrina are actually one and the same.

Her true identity was revealed this week after she shot the music video for her latest single, titled Why Worry.

According to Sunshine, the 'name change' was done deliberately in an effort to get the most out of her potential as an artiste.

"The use of the stage name is to differentiate between the artiste and the disc jockey. A lot of people weren't taking me seriously (as an artiste) and thought that I was just playing around and having fun," she said.

So according to Sunshine, "By doing this whole name change, is for people to realise that I'm serious and for people to listen from a different ear ... not just Sunshine doing another track, but a fresh artiste who is new on the scene."

So far, Sunshine, or should we say Katrina, says the song has been getting some positive feedback. "We have been getting good reactions because people are singing it and everybody can definately relate to the message in the song," she said.
