Woman robs man after bad sex

A woman who said she was criticised by her ex-boyfriend for her unsatisfactory positioning during sex, pleaded guilty to stealing his gold chain from his home to get back at him.

Corporate Area resident Shantal Leighton pleaded guilty to larceny from the dwelling and was sentenced to 12 months' probation in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court yesterday.

She told the court that she removed the pricey jewellery valued at $35,000 from the complainant's house, because he complained repeatedly that he was unable to penetrate her properly during sex.

"Him seh mi never open up good," she told Senior Resident Magistrate Judith Pusey, which led to widespread laughter.

Leighton said that on the day of the incident she went to the complainant's house to have sex but things took a turn for the worst which led to 'bad vibes' so she took the item from the home.

She added that she had to make a hasty retreat after she took the item to avoid being caught by the complainant's mother.

"Mi did haffi jump two wall," she told the court.
