Jah Cure thankful for support of 'That Girl' single

International recording artiste Jah Cure is thanking his fans for their support of his popular single, 'That Girl', that roared to No.1 on the HYPE VTX charts for the second consecutive week. The video is also No.3 on the CVM Hitlist charts.

"I believe in this song so much that I just had to do a video. People have been asking me for the video on Facebook and Twitter over the last few weeks, so this video is for my fans who love the That Girl song," he said.

The singer performed in Dubai late last year and he has been getting a great feedback from that reggae-loving city regarding That Girl, which is distributed by his own Iyah Cure Productions label.

"Two of the biggest disc jockeys from Dubai, DJ Pee Wee and DJ Crown Prince, have told me via Twitter in the past couple of weeks that this song is huge, in that part of the world with the biggest radio stations putting it on their playlists," he said.

Jah Cure will head to Eastern Europe later this year where he will do shows in the countries of Bulgaria, Serbia, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

"Right now, we're doing Antigua, St Vincent, Barbados, and then we head to Eastern Europe. That Girl is picking up all over the world, and it is getting some real forwards in the dancehall, mi a get crazy requests fi dubs for the song all over Jamaica and the world," Cure said.

Jah Cure will be releasing a new single called Street Kings featuring Jah Mason. Another single, Jah Rule The Universe on the RPR Productions label, is also doing well in the Caribbean, and has racked up over 60,000 spins on Youtube. Jah Rule The Universe appears on the Izes rhythm that also features the talents of Lutan Fyah, Droop Lion, Bryan Art, Dubtonic Crew, Crisopolis and Jahmali.

Jah Cure remains one of the top reggae acts from Jamaica, performing on 10 sold-out shows all over the Caribbean and Europe over the last 18 months. Recently, the singer's Unconditional Love hit featuring Phyllisia passed the impressive threshold of over five million hits on Youtube so far.

"The brand is strong right now," he said.
