A man who allegedly punched and kicked a female complainant after he and her were involved in a dispute was ordered to return to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court on April 15, and at that time he should also bring $500. Charged with unlawful wounding and malicious destruction of property is Derron Thomas, who was also ordered to give his fingerprints to the police. The court heard that on the day of the incident in question, Thomas and the complainant were involved in an altercation, which allegedly resulted in him kicking and punching the woman and destroying a cellphone chip also belonging to her. Thomas, however, denied that he kicked her. He is to return to court in mid-April. |
