Thugsy Malone, the multi-talented Jamaican artiste and Supa Gangsta, has been sweating up a storm in studios, while doing tours in the Caribbean and the U.S.

Thugsy Malone is now going hard with promotions locally and overseas for his latest single, General, which has been receiving remarkable reviews.

The humble yet talented artiste is a force to be reckoned with. Since his chart topping hits, My Money and Wash Away The Pain, Thugsy Malone has proven that he has what it takes to bring home a Grammy, thanks to his loyal fans and team.

Thugsy Malone, whose birth name is Donovon Drysdale, aims to please his fans, as he is poised for upcoming shows, where he can connect more with his fans on a more personal level.

"Trust me, mi have a barrage a new tunes and videos coming up for ma fans. Also ladies, be on the lookout for a new summer bounce which a guh release a road soon. Do road mi sey ... don't it."

In a release to The weekend STAR, Thugsy's team stated that, he has been making numerous appearances at various stage shows, his most recent, being a performance alongside Elephant Man and a slew of other artistes, which was staged at Jacksonville in Florida. Thugsy Malone sent patrons into pandemonium with a slew of his hit songs.

However, the busy artiste is set to return to Jamaica soon for a video shoot for General produced by Quete Productions, which has been creating a storm on the airwaves.

"Trus mi, deh video here ago mash up di airwaves," quipped a popular disc jockey.

"Ye man everyting nice, like chicken and rice. So far everyone seems to like the song General. I have been getting a lot of support from the radio stations and sound systems. Also, the video shoot is in the pipeline, which I will be doing a collaboration with Element... people are not going to be disappointed," said Thugsy Malone.

Nevertheless, the artiste is slated to make a number of appearances at stage shows like True Loyal Anniversary in Spanish Town on March 31, Mixes in Old Harbour, on April 5, Oh Canada Clean Stamp in Portmore on April 6 and Rasta Connection Birthday Bash in Bull Bay.

"Mi jus waan let the fans know that mi a keep mi head up until the world accept Thugsy Malone," he said.
