Mother's plea for son rejected by judge |

A mother's plea to the court to have the charges against her son dropped was rejected when he was brought before the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's (RM) Court yesterday. Ronick Morgan, who was charged with assault, was brought before the court after he was accused of hitting his mother several times. not on medication According to his mother, Morgan allegedly suffers from a mental illness and told RM Pusey that at the time of the attack, the accused was not on his medication. He was later admonished and warned by RM Pusey "If you hit her again I'm gonna take your hand, and you also need to stop smoking ganja." RM Pusey ordered Morgan's mother to take him to the doctor for analysis. |
