![]() Cops arrest three after gun seizure Spanish town: The St Catherine North police are questioning three men who were held among 90 persons during an operation at a Valentine's Day party on Thursday night after an illegal firearm was seized. Police said the three have been arrested in connection with the seizure of a 12-gauge shotgun seized near Tawes Pen earlier. The men were held at the party in Tawes Pen, Spanish Town, St Catherine. Police said that the men were among 90 persons held during the operation. The Star was told that police investigations led them to the venue following seizure of the gun in a neighbouring community. Investigators said the men are being held on suspicion of illegal possession of firearm and ammunition. |
