Bacchanal Jamaica recently held its official launch of the 2013 Carnival Season under the theme 'Le Masquerade', and will mark the 25th anniversary of Carnival. The launch took place at The Knutsford Court Hotel, Ruthven Road, on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. Here are the highlights:
