A woman who was being reprimanded for her conduct while the police searched passengers on a bus has found herself facing criminal charges, after she allegedly stripped before them. She has been identified as Natasha Senior, 20-year-old of a Corporate Area address. The incident occurred near the St Jago Shopping Centre in Spanish Town, St Catherine, last Friday, about 3 p.m. bus passenger Allegations are that the accused was a passenger on a bus which was being checked by the police. When the police requested a search of the luggage on board, Senior started behaving boisterously. "See it deh, mi no have bag. So, mi nuh know wha unu a search mi fah." Senior reportedly lifted her blouse, exposed her breasts and then proceeded to lower her bloomers to display her buttocks and private area. resisted When she was told she would be charged, Senior reportedly resisted and continued her tirade. The woman continued her threats and abuse even at the Central Village Police Station. Constable Paul Banbury then charged her with improper conduct, resisting arrest, abusive language, disorderly conduct, threats and indecent exposure. She is to appear in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court later this week. |
