Defending champs, Passagefort United showed who was boss on Sunday as they handed Westchester Rudiz their first loss of the season.

Passagefort who were the visiting team came out 250-221 victors in the Colin Fagan-sponsored South East St Catherine Constituency at Westchester's home.

Despite the loss, Westchester hung on to lead jointly with Waterford United with 16 points from five matches. Both teams have played the same number of matches. The leaders are trailed by Passagefort (13) and Ken's Wildflower (12) who round off the top four. In other games, Waterford defeated Portmore Gardens All Stars 250-218; Rising Sun clipped Portsmouth United 250-243, and Ken's Wildflower rushed past Garveymeade 250-216. The competition continues tomorrow.
