Charly Blacks back from European tour

Proud Trelawny native Charly Blacks has ended what he considers a "very successful" European tour, where he promoted his current hits 'Claaty Again' and 'Too Blessed', some new materials as well as shooting a music video for his latest single, 'We Found Love'.

The video was directed by Partilo, a Swedish videographer. Claaty Again and Too Blessed have been hugely successful in Europe.

The country boy also performed in front of more 50,000 patrons at the annual Rurh Reggae Festival in Germany, that also featuring Reggae legend Beres Hammond and dancehall giant Baby Cham.

During his month-long tour, Charly Blacks performed in Switzerland, Italy, Germany, and Sweden.

"All performances went well. The crowd love Charly Blacks and it was a pleasure for me to entertain them. Europe was a big success for me, but I have to continue this work as the journey has only just begun," he said in a release.

Debut album

The deejay is also working on his first album, which is to be ready by March. Though not yet named, he said fans have been asking for long now the release of his debut album.

"Fans been asking me for it for a long time now but by next year the album will be ready," he said.

Also on Charly Black's agenda is his annual Trelawny Fiesta, set to take place on October 13 at the Zebra Force Lawn in the parish. The event will feature most of dancehall heavyweights and promises to be a day of fun and frolic.

Charly Blacks is set to embark on another European gig soon.
