FROM STRANGER TO DADDY
Crystal Harrison, Staff Reporter

After more than a week of suspense, the anticipated results for last month's winners of THE STAR'S Paternity Puzzle feature are finally here.

The results were not a surprise to the mother of the two-year-old baby girl in question, Jody-Ann Gordon, 20, however, 24-year-old AndréDrummondwas speechless.

For the very first time in THE STAR'S Paternity Puzzle feature we have received positive results from a DNA test.

Drummond, who was instructed to read a hard copy of the results to figure out the findings for himself, felt that he was put in further suspense as he said that the figures on the results sheet were not easy to read.

"Right now I am just speechless but from this morning I was getting the feeling that I would be getting some good news," Drummond told THE STAR.

A salesman by profession, Drummond in an interview with THE STAR last month, admitted that he was aware that his relationship with Gordon, a student, was really a love triangle.

Gordon was sexually involved with her first love at the time she started having similar relations with Drummond.

In addition, THE STAR understands that both relationships continued for sometime.

He said: All I can say is that I am still speechless right now. I have only seen her (the baby) seven or eight times but I could tell that there was a connection with the baby. I will be definitely playing my role.

She said: I am not really surprised. Maybe my family will be surprised because they are used to the next guy who I was talking to, they don't really know Drummond.

He said: Well, my mom really thinks that the baby is mine because she has seen her once and she said that the baby looks like me.

She said: I was unsure about the results up until the baby was born but after a while I realised that the baby looks like Drummond. As I said, my family is going to be disappointed because they are used to the next guy but I will definitely change the baby name to Drummond's name.

Gordon also said that she has not moved on, however, she said that Drummond has given her the impression that he is in a relationship.

When asked if he is in a relationship, Drummond said that he is not in a relationship right now and he couldn't answer if a future for them is possible.
