Telecoms giant LIME hit the streets recently for a roadshow to officially kick off its Talk EZ campaign.

The show was a culmination of activities that began at the LIME Carlton store on Half-Way Tree Road, passing through New Kingston, Half-Way Tree, Cross Roads and downtown, before heading to Portmore. The roadshow was led by a branded music convoy featuring MC Reggae Rogers.

Two hundred LIME staff members walked alongside the convoy brandishing Talk EZ collateral and interacted with customers throughout the day.

spectacular mix

Grammy award-winning dancehall superstar Beenie Man was the headline of a spectacular mix of entertainers for the free LIME Talk EZ campaign concert, held at Captain's Bakery parking lot, Portmore Town Centre, Portmore (opposite Portmore Mall) as the fitting end to the day's happenings.

Comedian Pretty Boy Floyd was the emcee for the show, with performances from other acts like Assassin, Voicemail, Chris Martin and Prodigal Son. Customers were treated to phone and credit giveaways, along with other chances to win prizes.

LIME phones were on sale at specially discounted prices, the purchase of which gave customers a chance to enter the 'Credit Grabbing' machine. This machine contained credit coupons valued at over $20,000 in which customers were invited to grab as many of these coupons in 15 seconds, which they redeemed in LIME credit.
