Freaky photo leads to beating |
|||||
For the past two weeks, a 50-odd-year-old Portmore, St Catherine, man, who allegedly confessed to being one of two men having oral sex in a picture, has been trying to escape the situation but has been trapped, literally. THE WEEKEND STAR recently got word on the incident during a visit to one of the St Catherine-based communities. Though the police claim to have no knowledge of the incident, residents told THE WEEKEND STAR that the freaky actions of the now 'trapped' individual, and another 18-year-old man were accidentally brought to their attention after a cellular phone belonging to one of them was given to a mutual friend to be repaired. According to residents, the freaky photograph was then discovered, and information about it was subsequently spread throughout the community. "One a di boy dem gi out him phone fi fix but it look like dem figet seh the nasty picture deh pon it, suh di phone man see it and tell everybody," one resident said before noting, "a nuh everybody see it though, cause di boy dem did go back fi di phone before anybody coulda get fi copy it." beaten and chased The younger man involved in the alleged photograph was attacked, beaten and then chased from the community by resident thugs. However, the 50-odd-year-old man reportedly confessed to having sexual encounters with the other young man but claimed he had no idea how or when the photograph came into existence. Efforts to speak with that individual were unsuccessful as when THE WEEKEND STAR located his home earlier this week, a group of no less than eight seemingly enraged men loudly declared their intentions of causing harm both to this news team and the 'freaky' man. "If uno try tek him out a di house, uno affi feel it to eno," one man from the group shouted. During a short conversation with the group, it was highlighted that the man has been staying inside the safety of his own home, avoiding the words and weapons of those who have vowed to punish him for his actions. "A bout two weeks now di man lock up inna di house, and him naw come out cause wi have man a watch roun di clock." Asked what will happen should the man decide to brave the situation and venture outdoors, one man quickly replied, "Di next one get fi him lick dem and gone eno. Di big man fi get fi him share cause him fi know better. Him a tell wi bout a di likkle yute force him. A dat mek wi waa mash him up even more but him naw come out." The men vow to continue staking out until they get a hold of the man they described as 'foundation', claiming his actions disappointed the whole community. "As a big man wi neva a expect dat from him. Everybody upset and wi naw stop til wi gi him a proper beating," another man said. |
