Arelative newcomer to reggae music, music production company Sajay Productions has high hopes for its latest rhythm project, Rainfall, which features talented artistes like Kiprich, Vybrant, Press Fyah, Bugle, Mackeehan and Mr Vysionaer.

The rhythm has been in regular rotation on local and international FM radios, and has been recently released on iTunes.

The standout single on the project is Kiprich's ice-cream smooth serenade, See It Clear. The song complements the R&B-flavoured rhythm perfectly as Kiprich deejays: mi see it clear/as morning light, ah your voice mi waan hear/mi see it clear/lifetime wid yu everyting mi waan share/mi see it clear, mi see it clear/mi and yu mek a perfect pair. Kiprich promises to give up the 'gallis' lifestyle for the woman of his dreams, and you can almost believe him, so deep and sincere are the sentiments that he expresses.

Other notable songs on the project include Vybrant's Ok One Day, a heartfelt message of hope that could become the anthem of every man who has ever faced struggles in a challenging economy of rising unemployment and galloping inflation.

The brilliant Bugle is one of the most consistent artistes in the game today, and he finds a wonderful song, Think You Know, which examines the tough situations that people face in this life. He deejays in the chorus: If you think you know me like I do/just try one step inna mi shoe. But it is in the first step where Bugle shows that he is a brilliant and evocative writer who has a long career ahead in this music. You will nod your head in agreement when you hear him deejay the lines: It look like a sun but rain a fall, we have tears but mi fraid fi bawl/there is no one to run to your rescue/when your back is against the wall.

Newcomer Mr Vysionaer does well on Wah Come Home with his haunting voice while Press Fyah shows great promise on Close To Me, a romantic song where he professes love for a girl. Mackeehan also makes a great contribution to the rhythm project, showing that the label is committed to breaking new acts on its projects.

Sajay Productions has also been working with a new act called Accid who is not included on the Rainfall rhythm but who will be dropping a few new singles this summer.

Sajay Productions was formed in 2000 in Kingston by Alexander, nephew of legendary producer Henry 'Jungo' Lawes, and to date has created rhythms such as Blueberry and Quickie. Inspired by his uncle's quality and passion for the music, Alexander aims to accumulate a group of talented artistes and make music not limited to Jamaica. The mission for Sajay Productions is to produce clean, positive music that has a global effect.
