Western Bureau: In a bid to showcase Montego Bay as the city of choice to host entertainment activities, Loyal Haylett, through his events-management company, along with local promoter Nicole Samuels, successfully did that last weekend with their Minaj Vegas Beach Party. The event was the epitome of luxury entertainment that injected life into the Sea Garden Resort along the popular Hip Strip that was closed to the public for years and gave both local and international guests a renewed appreciation for nightlife in the tourism capital. a heightened experience The Las Vegas concept featured three dance floors, three bars and two VIP (one of which was built in the beach to offer a heightened experience by specially invited guests). The Las Vegas Fire Jugglers offered a thrilling show that had the crowd engaged and topped off by a showgirl performance that made the evening more memorable. "Montego Bay is a brand in itself and we wanted to showcase the best of this city through entertainment. Patrons had never experienced this kind of party event with such an international flair so we are really proud we were able to pull it off and let persons know that this can be done in MoBay," Haylett said. Loyal Haylett Management Services played an integral role in the 2012 staging of Jamaica Jazz and Blues. Nicole Samuels, through her company, Sammy's Kitchen, was also instrumental in ensuring that the event was the success it was. She originally staged the event in 2011 and partnered with Haylett this year. amazing location "With each staging, we continue to put our best forward, and with this amazing location coupled, I am grateful we were able to give patrons a memorable entertainment experience that will remain the talk of the town for a very long time. We are happy with its success," said Samuels. Former Alicia Keys manager Jeff Robinson was among several international and local celebrities who came to party at the premier entertainment event. Local DJs Kentucky and DJ Kingpin were among the selectors who scored a huge success in getting the audience on the dance floor and ensured everyone had a good time. |
