Career Day at Silverstone Basic

Students at Silverstone Basic school were attired in clothes depicting various professions in a Career Day event on the school grounds recently.

Principal of Silverstone Basic, Asana Downer, insists that students "should be exposed as early as possible to the different career choices".

The career choices included judges, doctors, nurses, police, soldiers, firemen, construction workers and chefs.

Some parents went all out to have their children sharp and ready for the day.

The Career Day is a part of the Early Childhood curriculum.
