![]() Bless up all Mix Up linky-linky an all a di Tambareen Fambily massive. An big up all listeners pon Tambareen Radio ova Mix Up Yaad (mixupyaad.com). Well, a nuh really a mix up mi a directly pree, but mi jus' decide fi publish mi response to da question ya because it relevant to di thoughts a nuff a unu, and it actually does have some entertainment value. Fruits an Daggering (not weh unu tink, lol!) Raga, a true say fruits good fi yu in sex? Mi cousin say when him a sort out him always good and that the girls them always come back fi more when him deal with them, and that the reason that happen is because him mostly eat fruits. Is that true? DWL!! Yuh cousin nuh easy enuh. Anyways, let me first remind you that I'm a Doctor of Anthropology not a Doctor of Medicine. To put it another way, I'm a Doctor of Social Science and not a Doctor of Human Biology. Therefore, it is not my area of expertise to be able to write or speak with a qualified voice on the complex functionings of the human body. However, with that said, I do have some general knowledge of the relationship between food and the human body. What you eat does affect your performance in EVERYTHING you do. Your diet affects your performance as an athlete, your ability to concentrate, the way you sleep, your eyesight, EVERYTHING, including your sexual performance. Wa day ya Usain run one a him slowest race eva an him did a say a coulda cause him neva did a eat properly. A jus' soh di ting set. And yes, there are foods that promote and improve a healthy libido (sex drive) in your body. There are also foods that do improve your daggering physical performance in the sense that, for example, certain foods promote and maintain healthy blood flow in a man, which is very important for obtaining and maintaining a strong erection. Other foods also directly influence and regulate stamina, which has to do with how long you can have sex before ejaculating, or in other words, yuh ability fi tan long pon it! Therefore, in the context of all that I just mentioned, fruits can have a positive impact on your sexual performance. Fruits are generally good for you and do positively impact your physical performance in anything you do. But like anything else, yuh still cyaan overdose (OD) pon fruits. For example, fruits contain sugar, and while we do need sugar for energy, too much sugar is never good for anybody, particularly if the individual has diabetic concerns. So in this sense fruits can indeed help to improve your sexual performance. However, fruits do not directly give people good sex skills. It is not a case where yuh jus' eat fruits an yuh sort out automatically tun up. Fruits and proper eating habits are just one aspect of many factors that allow someone to have and deliver their best sex. To continue with our Usain analogy: if he eats as best as is possible, but is not properly training and not concentrating on his technique him woulda lose every race him run! In other words, eating properly readies and improves the TOOLS for sex but yuh still haffi know di best way fi use di tools! Yuh have a whole heap a people out deh wid really good diets, they always eat good food, but yet still dem sort out pap dung worst dan how fish swim pon land! All di while mi get mix up bout some man weh have di best bodies and in the best physical shape but naa gwaan wid nuttin wen dem a mash di works. In fact, good sex is often more mental than it is physical. For example, many of the people who are great at sex have very high self-confidence levels. Some fat man an some fluffy who nyam junk food everyday can still shell dung di wickedest daggering, based pon weh a gwaan inna dem head. So in short, fruits can help to improve your physical health, which in turn can have a positive impact on your sexual performance. But fruits don't directly and immediately cause you to have the best sex. Good sex is a result of many factors, including the very important element of what's happening in your mind, which includes the level of your self-confidence. If you need more advice on this matter I suggest you link di Doctor's Advice column in the Star's sister paper, The Gleaner. I always learn something new anytime I read that column. Check it out. By the way, eating fruits can improve your health for good sex, but people are also increasingly using fruits IN sex. But, of course, that's a whole other topic. Unu bless up unu mix up self. Mi a cut ya now. See unu next Tuesday. Duh road!!! Ragashanti The King of Mix Up |
