A 22-year-old higgler, of Lemon Lane, Kingston 11 was yesterday arrested and charged for possession of and dealing in marijuana.

Reports from the Darling Street Police are that about 10 a.m., a man was accosted and searched along Princess Street near the market in downtown Kingston during which he was found to be in possession of 12.5 pounds (5.68 kilograms) of marijuana. He has since been arrested and charged and is to appear in the Half-Way Tree Resident Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
