The search for Cadet Major Cletus Graham of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force ended yesterday, after he was found dead at his Vineyard Town, St Andrew, apartment.

Graham, 49, had been reported missing since Tuesday after colleagues did not see him show up for work. Police said his body was found with multiple stab wounds and the throat slashed, wrapped in a sheet under his bed.

Graham was reportedly last seen alive on Monday. Unconfirmed reports said his motor vehicle was found along Job Lane in Spanish Town, St Catherine, on Monday.

THE WEEKEND STAR understands that his body was found by Scene of Crime investigators who went to his home yesterday after neighbours complained of a foul odour coming from the premises.

Graham was employed to the Jamaica Institute of Quantity Surveyors where he was a director and also served as president.

He was also a special adviser and past president of the Kiwanis Club of Liguanea. Information reaching our news team is that Major Graham was reportedly schedule to depart the island yesterday for a Kiwanis meeting in Barbados.

Police said that up to late last night no motive had been established for the killing, but speedy and intensive investigations were under way.
