Well, he isn't doing exactly what some Jamaicans expect from him on the track, but Asafa Powell is the clear favourite when it comes to who Jamaican women think is the sexiest male athlete.

For close to a week, we have been running an informal poll encouraging our readers to vote for one out of 10 current athletes who they consider as the sexiest.

Our results show that 43 per cent of persons who participated in the poll think that Asafa is the sexiest athlete. In second place are Yohan Blake and Michael Frater, who are tied with 10 per cent. They are followed by Dexter Lee with nine per cent, and Usain Bolt with eight per cent.

This weekend, if you are an athletics fan there is only one place to be. The JTA/Sagicor Primary, All-Age and Junior High School Athletics Championships. The event will heat up the National Stadium today and tomorrow.
