Fire continues to reap success

Tafari - File

The single Fire, recorded by international reggae artiste Tafari, has continued to reap success on popular music downloading website, iTunes.

The single has enjoyed relative success on the popular site since it debuted six weeks ago. Fire, produced by Tafari's independent label Rud3 Music Recordings, is also generating reasonable airplay on several local radio stations.

In a recent press release, which was sent to THE WEEKEND STAR, Tafari expressed gratitude to those who have been supporting his music. "It's always a pleasant feeling to see your work being appreciated by fans worldwide. iTunes is one of the leading downloading sites, so to see my music getting love there is a massive success," said Tafari.

Tafari also said he's gearing up to release some new materials to the public. One of such is the premiere of Isat Buchannan's Lovers Rock EP on iTunes and all digital stores. The project was produced by Tafari's label and he believes his brother's effort will reap equal success as his is currently doing.

"Isat's Lovers Rock is something the public must look out for. It has all the major trapping for success," he said.

Another of Tafari's upcoming project is the dancehall-oriented Rud3 rhythm, which is set to be released this summer.
